Five Spairliners join the MARGA Online Competition
Since November, five colleagues from Spairliners have been participating in the MARGA Online Competition alongside their regular responsibilities.
The international business simulation brings together participants from different companies and countries in a shared competitive environment. Over several decision rounds, they manage a virtual company and experience how strategic choices unfold over time.
For our colleagues, the format offers an additional perspective beyond their operational day-to-day work and creates space to challenge decision-making in a different setting.
Continuous learning is not an event, but an ongoing process.
